When we were preparing to move from Katy, TX to Eastern Tennessee for retirement, we found Catrina Foster by contacting her through a listing that we “drove by” and were interested in seeing.  She responded to us very quickly, showed us the property and took information on the kind of property for which we were looking.  Having moved many times in our careers and marriage we much preferred to do a drive by of any property before deciding whether or not we wanted to actually have a showing of same.  Catrina worked very closely with us and accepted all of our idiosyncrasies and peculiarities.  She showed us several properties in which we were interested and in fairly short order we made an offer that was accepted.  Catrina then went out of her way to personally let in the carpet installer for measurements so that could all be done prior to moving in.  She also was very helpful in leading us to a very competent mortgage loan officer in the area.  By this time we were back in Texas, a bit of a drive to do all that for ourselves.  We do not recall a more pleasant real estate transaction in the 42 years of our married life; Catrina truly made the transition from Texas to Tennessee a very good experience.
