Tellico Village Golf and Yacht Clubs

When you find Tellico Village sheltered by the great Smoky Mountains, you will know you have found the perfect community. A planned community in Monroe and Loudon counties, Tellico Village was founded in 1986. The village is 4,600 acres that is complimented by the beauty of Tellico Lake with waters so crystal clear they reflect images of the surrounding area.

Located by the water, diners can enjoy the boardwalk after dinner for a magnificent view of the area after dark.

The Toqua Clubhouse features a veranda with a view of the Toqua Golf Course and is often a favorite spot for friends to gather for a drink. This is a very popular place for golfers to gather after their game and seating is available inside as well. The golfers have their own pro shop which is very well stocked with everything they may need. In addition, there is a practice putting green and a driving range.

Tellico Village has it all! It is a POA community residents have great pride in and the many sports, social and community clubs that have been established cover diverse interests. Open since July 2007, the Village has a Wellness center which is the place to keep fit.
