I am so excited to report that the rumor of Trader Joe’s’ coming to Knoxville has been confirmed. They are planning to open sometime in 2012 in The Suburban Plaza shopping center in the 8000 block of Kingston Pike.
I work with many out of state buyers and one of the first questions that I am asked, “Do you have a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods?” I am absolutely thrilled that I can now tell them, “Opening Soon!”
Be still my heart! It wasn’t long ago, we learned that we were getting Cosco, which I for one am very excited about, but we are also getting Publix too!
What could be next? Any one care to guess?
